Roughly the timeline is as follow: Q4, 2014 - Fundraising and prepare the facility and staff to enlarge their capacity to 40 children over 2015.
From Q1 2015 - Contact with the local authorities about the selection process and the first contacts with the target group (only day activities) including the full registration of the new beneficiaries.
Starting from Q2/Q3, 2015 - Welcome and admission of the new children (in total approx. 20 in 2015), starting the pedagogical and social activities including the reconstruc-tion of the personal stories of the children and contacts with their families to understand the future reintegration of the child into the family.
All activities will be supervised, monitored and evaluated from the early start of the project and archived for best learning practices and to adjust the program in case of further expansion or duplication.
The home will expand to its maximum capacity of
60 children during the year 2016.
The selection of potential beneficiaries will be an ongoing process from the start of the project.
The team will strive for the most optimum selection based on circumstances and changes.
