Evaluation and monitoring
The work of Tone La Maji will be constantly monitored and evaluated by our International Consultant to ensure funders that their investment will be spend according to the given mission and vision. The team of social workers and other staff members will produce periodically a report to monitor the effectiveness of the project and about all financial matters related to the development of the project.
The long term quantitative- and qualitative criteria include: the number of OVC’s involved in the project;
the number of children reintegrated in the original family and community; the number of families positively involved in the program; and the number of children that have started again/finished their school-training career with good results; a positive reduction of delinquent behaviors and improvement of relational- and social competences and a positive reduction of the public stigma against street children.
Monitoring methodology will include:
Individual child reports, interviews, case studies, home visit reports etc.
Our International Consultant will review those reports and communicate them with the funders.
